Mint and Mustard’s cuisine is inspired by the Keralan philosophy of fresh, light and healthy food created with passion and care for the ingredients we use. We have always had a “slow food” approach – cooking each dish fresh every time. It takes a little longer, but the flavour rewards the wait!
We never use artificial colours or flavours – in Kerala we traditionally eat with our fingers and our natural ingredients never leave tell-tale stains behind. We always try to source our ingredients as locally as possible, and our chefs personally check on the products we buy in to ensure they meet their exacting standards.
