The Mint & Mustard is an award-winning Indian fine-dining restaurant which features in the 2012 Michelin Guide, one of only three Welsh restaurants to win the coveted Bib Gourmand status.

The Mint and Mustard experience, mixing contemporary cuisine with impeccable service, has also been recognised by the Observer Food Monthly, where the establishment was runner-up in their annual Best Restaurant award.

Our exciting, contemporary take on Indian cuisine also saw us pick up the prestigious Innovation award at the 2011 South Asian Chef Competition.

Growing in fame and renown across the Capital and beyond, we were the first Indian restaurant to take the top award of 'Best Restaurant in South Wales', as well as 'Best Indian Restaurant' at the 2008 South Wales Echo Food & Drink Awards – proving its popularity with residents and food critics alike.

Our contemporary classic Indian dishes have also seen us win the prestigious House of Commons Tiffin Cup and the South Asian Chef Competition.

Constantly pioneering inventive ways to bring Southern Indian cuisine to the UK, Mint & Mustard endeavours to bring the unique cuisine of Kerala to the Capital.

Recently named one of the UK's top 100 restaurants at the National Restaurant Awards – one of only two Indian restaurants on the list, compiled by 350 food critics and restauranteurs.

The restaurant has been included in the highly - respected 2010, 2011 and 2012 Good Food Guide - an independent, best selling annual guide book to the top restaurants across the UK.

We are also named by The Independent amongst the 50 best Indian Restaurants in the UK. The poll is not hierarchical, it is a straight 'best of', and to be included is wonderful.
