Executive Chef Pramod Nair

Executive Chef Pramod Nair is regarded as one of the top Indian chefs in Europe, having weaved his culinary magic at some of the world's top restaurants and counting presidents and royalty among his diners.

Chef Pramod was head chef at the Austur India in Iceland when it was voted as Europe's best Indian Restaurant, and held the same role at the famous Coromandel as it was rated as one of London's 10 best restaurants.

He was also executive chef at the Taj Varkala, in Kerla, having come up through the ranks in the kitchens of the internationally renowned hotel group.

His cuisine draws on the flavours of South India and Sri Lanka, taking subtle influences from his wide experience of world cuisine, to create innovative and exciting contemporary dishes that redefine the Indian dining experience.

Chef Pramod is also known as a TV chef and writer in India, and has even been known to turn his hand to acting - appearing in a popular Icelandic television series.

Away from the kitchen, Chef Pramod is a keen cricketer and chess player.
